Years ago, when I dreamed of starting my own business, I had a very simple idea that I wanted to explore: life should matter more than work. 

As a student, I did everything I was supposed to do. I got good grades. I went to the illustrious Howard University. I graduated college on time and received a job offer following graduation. 

Still, I quickly realized I was woefully underprepared for the transition from being a full-time student to being a full-time professional. Now, after learning many lessons in my own career and working with over 100 clients in our first two years of business, my goal is to help make work enjoyable for everyone by teaching professionals to be well and companies to treat them well.
